Silver Birch Contracting Ltd is a Construction Contractor specializing in General Contracting and Project Management in the ICI and Retail sector of the Industry. Our head office and equipment, located in Schomberg, Ontario is centrally located in Southern Ontario which allows us to service many areas in the province.

Incorporated in 2010, it was our goal to use our vast experience to bring a new and fresh attitude to our work environment each day and to use these traits to treat our clients, consultants, sub-trades and fellow workers with loyalty and respect while maintaining the drive to complete projects on time and on budget while meeting or exceeding quality expectations.

Silver Birch Contracting's Owners, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors together combine over 150 years’ experience in the Construction Industry. Each of these people have evolved through the Industry. Many starting as labourers and apprentices and progressing through the industry to the positions they hold today. This industry experience allows us the flexibility to put the right people in the right position when required. The Owners are hands on in the business and manage projects on a daily basis. Our Project Managers are seasoned veterans in the industry and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and seamlessly. They are supported by Project Administrators and our Estimating Department. We have a field staff of Site Supervisors, licensed carpenters and labourers. We also have access to qualified and trained supervisors, and a large subtrade network that can work on a project by project basis. We work and communicate together as a team to ensure that all projects receive the required amount of attention to satisfy the clients need. Silver Birch Contracting Ltd. is a non-union company. We are a growing business and as such are committed to hiring diversified, experienced and knowledgeable staff as we continue to grow.

Safety is a priority here at Silver Birch Contracting. We have in place and extensive Health and Safety program and are currently pursuing COR certification as we move towards 2020.

Our current list of clients includes LCBO, Waypoint Mental Health Center, Region of York, and multiple School Boards and Municipalities, along with many single project clients.
